No. Any unused portion of your Beauty Balance rolls over indefinitely! You can accumulate credit for as long as you maintain membership. However, balances are non-refundable (no cash value).

Yes. Your existing Beauty Balance simply carries over to the new tier. There is no reset or new three-month commitment when you switch; you may change tiers as often as you like.

Once you’re a member, simply call or book online as usual. While we cannot guarantee a specific lead time, your status will automatically place you ahead of non-member scheduling queues.

You pay only the remaining “discounted upgrade” amount at checkout. For example, if your balance is $119 but the service totals $150 (after applying your member discount), you simply pay $31 at the time of service.

Nope! You may accumulate Beauty Balance indefinitely. There is no maximum cap, and your balance never expires.

After fulfilling your initial three-month commitment, you may pause or cancel with at least 10 days’ notice before your next billing date. If you miss that 10-day window, you will be charged for the upcoming month and must submit notice again at least 10 days before the following charge. That charge would of course add to your Beauty Balance as normal.

No. There is zero enrollment fee or initiation cost for either membership tier!

Yes.When you refer a friend, both members will receive $25 in their Beauty Balance account when a friend signs up.

Not at this time. Beauty Balance is valid only for à la carte services and retail items. You may not apply it to additional membership fees or prepaid bundled packages.
